Learn the new core skills for managers and leaders.

Lessons Learned approach and facilitation techniques address Passive Risk and Future Proofing. 

 

Participants learn to draw out key lessons, known and unforeseen risks, and solutions to mitigate future risk. 

 

Sessions focus on developing core skills e.g. designing, planning, listening, focusing, questioning, building rapport, encouraging participation, conflict management, decision making, problem solving.

 

Participants learn how to design and deliver effective meetings and workshops.
 

The sessions can be conducted through multiple channels (face to face and virtual delivery), to cater for individual and organisation flexibility.
 

Sessions can be one on one or group sessions.
 

Sessions can be structured as 'train the trainer modules. 

Participants receive guidelines and tools.

  • Ongoing consultation to facilitators, including mentoring; and 
     

  • Facilitator observation sessions for new or experienced facilitators.
